GEORGE TUSON-FIRTH
Founder & Head Coach
George has over 15 years of High Level playing experience, having trained in professional environments across Europe, Asia, South America and Australia.
He is currently still playing in the National Premier League for Hakoah Sydney City East. George is also current Women’s Premier League - Head Coach for for Pittwater RSL.
As the founder, George is dedicated to creating opportunities for players of all ages and abilities. Providing access to learn and have consistent individual training to compliment their goals and aspirations, His focus is developing technical skills, good foundations, building confidence, sharpening match performance and supporting players mentally and physically to be at their very best.
ANTHONY CARRERAS
Goalkeeping Specialist & Senior Coach
Ant is currently playing for Manly United, he has spent the past eight years progressing from youth teams through to first grade football. Over his career, he's had the opportunity to play across the world in countries like England, Germany, Dubai, Scotland, and Croatia—competing against clubs at Premier League and Europa League level.
With a strong passion for the game and a constant drive to improve, he's developed a love for coaching along the way. Ant's coaching style has been shaped by his playing experiences and has brought me back to GFirth—where he first trained as a player at 13—to now helping develop the next generation as a coach.
AARON
O'DRISCOLL
Senior Coach
Aaron is a professional footballer and coach with experience at Premier League academies, including Manchester City and Southampton. He has played professionally across the UK, Ireland, New Zealand, and now Australia with Manly United, where he also leads the club’s development squads.
Aaron blends elite playing experience with a passion for developing young, ambitious players. His coaching focuses on technical skills, tactical understanding, mindset, and mentoring—providing players with the tools to succeed on and off the pitch.
